1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Lavine ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please note that Expedited and Next Day Delivery options are not available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your destination.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lavine is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you are ordering internationally, please be aware of your local customs laws and import duties before placing an order.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Lavine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Steps to take if your package is damaged or lost:

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged item and the external packaging.

  • Contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

  • If you need assistance gathering information for your claim, please contact our support team.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order at checkout. Lavine is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. However, shipping times for international orders vary significantly depending on the destination and local customs processing.
